I'm Phillia Kim Downs, and I serve my cosmic medicine from NYC to LA and around the world.

I'm dedicated to Mother Earth, to humanity, and to YOU—through shamanic healing, sound and energy healing, plant medicine integration, somatic coaching, and sacred space holding. I was initiated into the Q'ero Andean Inkan lineage in Peru as a Paqo—a shamanic healer and energy medicine woman who carries the mesa de medicina of Light and cosmic energy. I'm also a Reiki Master, Sound Healer and Somatic Coach with decades of experience exploring the deepest realms of transformational healing.

I've been walking this path for almost 30 years—my own spiritual awakening and transformation journey—and serving as a shamanic healer for nearly 20 years. My background in science as a cell molecular biologist and cancer researcher trained me to observe patterns, analyze the unseen, and trust what I can measure energetically.
